This petition is filed to condone the delay of 259 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Though notice has been served on the first respondent, none has entered appearance on behalf of him.
3. M/s.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel takes notice and undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the second respondent.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners/appellants shall forfeit the interest for the delayed period, in the event of this Court enhancing the compensation.
6. Registry is directed to number the C.M.A, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
