This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31348 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31348 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
