PRAYER:

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for having committed the Contempt of Court, by wilfull disobedience of the order dated 17.07.2014, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18425 of 2014.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) representing the respondent are present.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that, in compliance of the order, dated 17.07.2014, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18425 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2014, First Information Report has been registered, and on completion of investigation, the case has been referred as

"Mistake of fact", and a Referred Charge Sheet, bearing No.11 of 2015 is also filed to that effect, on 27.06.2015, and the same is also duly served on the contempt petitioner from the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court feels that the remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court with proper Protest Petition or he shall resort to any other appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. 4.

With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
