(CRIME NO.39 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.O.P.No.1888/2022 in order dated 28.01.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1888 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 to furnish sureties before the concerned Court.
2. From the petition seeking extension of time, this Court understands that the petitioner was busy in Local Body Election, as a Candidate has failed to furnish sureties to enjoy the anticipatory bail .

3. This Court has its own reservation in entertaining the petition of this sort calling the petitioner to give respect to the court and as like many other politicians, the court has to grant protection to them whenever they are here but in all other circumstances, it has to be neglected disrespect and to be criticised atleast this court is not inclined to deliberate such disrespect to the Judiciary. Therefore, the petition for extension of time is dismissed.
