.. Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 09.04.2014 made by the petitioner seeking appointment of Advisory Committee.

By consent the writ petition is take up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he was an ex-secretary of the Advisory Committee of Hazrath Syed Badruddin Shahid Dargah which is surveyed and notified wakf under the supervisory control of the respondent. He would further submit that he made a representation dated 09.04.2014, to the respondent to appoint an advisory committee to assist the executive officer as the wakf is under direct management. Since the petitioner has not been favoured with any response, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
