ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.479/2012/A2 dated 05.09.2012 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner died. However, the legal representatives of the petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves in the place of the petitioner, which shows that they are not interested to pursue with this writ petition. 4.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. 2/4

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
