This petition is filed informing non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.3438 of 2014 on 25.02.2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite the direction of this Court dated 25.02.2014 requiring the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the

petitioner, the same has not been done and the petitioner's repeated requests ended in vain.

4. On the other hand, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that the petitioner was not available at the given address and hence, service could not be effected earlier.

Presently, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] has forwarded a copy of the closure report to learned counsel for petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court directs closure of the present contempt petition. However, it is made clear that, as directed earlier, it would be open to petitioner to move by way of private complaint.
