N.ANAND VENKATESH,J ssr 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner was an accused in STC No.222 of 2010 and a non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. In view of the same, the respondent police was taking steps to secure the petitioner.
3.In the light of the above submission, there are no merits in this petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
