2.When the matter came up for hearing on 04.01.2023, this Court granted Interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, facing great difficulty and is unable to mobilize the fund and need some time to deposit the said amount. Hence, he seeks time to deposit the amount. 3.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to desposit Rs.3,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Post the matter on 02.03.2023 and Interim anticipatory bail is extended till then.
