The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the current paper is pending against this petitioner and this petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry. If the petitioner participate in the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of 3 weeks.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and if the petitioner cooperates, no coercive steps to be taken till the completion of the enquiry.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer for enquiry and cooperate for the enquiry without any deviation.
