ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 to 4 to grant back wages to the petitioner in the post of Headmaster w.e.f. 28.07.2008 (i.e., from the date of completion of 4 months from the date of suspension) to till date pursuant to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.23916 of 2008 dated 27.08.2009 and the order passed in W.A.No.1316 of 2009 dated 03.08.2010, permit the petitioner to work as Headmaster.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner,

this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
