Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the execution of the judgement and decree passed in LAOP No.10/2015 dt 08/03/2016 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court Chengapattu (in CMP.No.6789/2019) pending disposal of the above appeal 498/2019.
(ii) to stay the execution of the judgement and decree passed in LAOP No.77/2007 dt 08/03/2016 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court Chengapattu (in CMP.No.6796/2019) pending disposal of the above appeal 4998/2019. and;
(iii) to stay the execution of the judgement and decree passed in LAOP No.314/2007 dt 08/03/2016 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court Chengapattu (in CMP.No.6796/2019) pending disposal of the above appeal 4998/2019. respectively. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.RAVICHANDER Government Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RAMESH VENKATACHALAPATHY Advocate for 2nd respondent in all the petitions on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The issue raised with respect to enhancement from Rs.3,100/- per cent to Rs.52,320/- per cent can only be decided in the appeals. In such view of the matter, there shall be an order of interim stay pending disposal of the appeals.
