This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take appropriate action in Cr.No.264/2018 dated 15.07.2018 on the file of the respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the Crime No. 264 of 2018 is pending from 15.07.2018. Though, the directions sought for by the petitioner in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be considered by this Court, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
