The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though very many grounds have been raised in these writ petitions, it would
suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 12.12.2025 & 26.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, directs the respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 12.12.2025 & 26.12.202, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
