Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in the order dt.19.11.2018 in Crl.OP.No.25841 of 2018 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25841 of 2018 on 19.11.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition only from 23.11.2018 to 07.12.2018 and then not complied. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regularly for a period of three weeks and thereafter, file a petition before this Court seeking relaxation of the condition.
