ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter by name Tamil Elakkiya aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has already been produced before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi on 06.07.2018. She also got protection by the orders of the Court in Crl.O.P.No. 13645 of 2018.

3. Admittedly, the detenue is a major. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
