This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(b) of the order dated 02.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2110 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Dean Government General Hospital, Chengalpet, for treatment of needy patients.

5.Since modification had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 22.03.2024.
