2.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that, in all the three cases, investigation had been completed and the final reports were filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
