(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 27.11.2015 made in I.A.No.124 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.270 1/4

of 2014 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that H.M.O.P.No.270 of 2014 filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed by the order dated 02.04.2018 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
