This revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Family Court at Puducherry in M.C.No.15 of 2004, dated 04.12.2006.

2. When the Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing on 25.10.2018, this Court permitted the petitioner to serve private notice to the respondent. Till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondent. The matter is pending for more than seven years and now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to serve notice to the respondent. But this court is not inclined to take this matter for consideration after such long period of time.
