ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.70 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's daughter named Priya, aged about 17 years, by person or body and hand over to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's daughter Priya, aged about 17 years, has been secured by the police in Thirumullaivoyal Police Station Crime No.70 of 2021 and she is likely to be produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumullaivoyal.

Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate and take custody of the detenue in accordance with law.
