COMMON ORDER The above Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.Nos.5779 and 5780 of 2017 respectively dated 06.06.2017.

2. Today when the above contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order of this Court dated 06.06.2017 has been duly complied with and he has also produced the order of the respondent in No.O.O.No.05/2018/RPI/MT, dated 03.04.2018, wherein, in Note No.2 beneath the order, it is clearly stated that this order is issued without prejudice to the rights of the FCI available under law (i.e. without prejudice to the outcome of the review petition filed by FCI before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court in W.A.No.1009/2017 & 1010/2017 and also further course of action by FCI available under law).

3. Placing on record the above said order in No.O.O.No.05/2018/RPI/MT, dated 03.04.2018, both these Contempt Petitions are closed.
