This Writ Petition is filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 herein from permitting the 5th respondent to erect an arch at the road margin of Laspet Main Road abutting Mariamman Koil Street at Chellaperumalpet, Puducherry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and hence, he has not received any instructions and reported no instructions.

3. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
