ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.08.2018 pursuant to a non-bailable-warrant issued during May 2014, the trial is in progress.

2.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.114 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
