Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned demand notice No.R9/822/99 dated 25.02.2011, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents herein to issue a fresh demand notice without fixing exorbitant cost and interest except to fix the enhanced compensation if any paid to the original land owner from whom the land of the petitioner had been acquired and if the compensation is not yet fixed, to issue the sale deed in the light of the resolution passed by the respondents Housing Board No.6.02 dated 30.01.1991 (S2/57748/89) for the petitioner's allotted HIG 48, Muthampalayam, Phase II, Erode District, within the time frame.
