ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent-Municipality by paying a sum of Rs.71,116/- [Rupees seventy one thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one hundred and sixteen only] to the petitioner towards 17B wages as ordered by this Court. He has also produced a copy before this Court evidencing the same.

2. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed.
