R.Balasundaram Reddiar (Deceased) v. Government Of Union Territory

W.M.P.No.7413 of 2021 in W.P.No.24022 of 2012 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

The original petitioner R.Balasundaram Reddiar is no more, therefore, the second and third petitioners herein, who are the legal representatives of the said deceased first petitioner, have filed this miscellaneous petition to substitute them in the place of the deceased original petitioner as his legal representatives.

2.In view of the aforesaid, after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Counsel, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.
