The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the criminal revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.445 of in S.T.C.No.8 of 2019 dated 11.08.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam, in full additional charge of Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
