This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Page No.1 of 4

Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC) Tiruppur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.31602 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31602 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
