ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.01.2020, wherein, the petitioner had sought for a request transfer. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that she is working as a B.T. Assistant at Government Higher Secondary School at Anniyur in Villupuram District. The petitioner claims to be facing some serious health issues. That apart, the family of the petitioner is staying at Namakkal District and the petitioner is staying alone in a Hostel away at Villupuram. Due to these circumstances, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents, requesting for a transfer to any one of the Government School at Namakkal District. According to the petitioner, there is a vacancy for the post of B.T.Assistant at Namakkal District. Since the representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.01.2020 and deal with the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with copy of the representation dated 18.01.2020 and also a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
