ORDER
This is the second anticipatory bail application before this Court. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No. 1537 of 2025 was dismissed on 23.01.2025 by Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira and this anticipatory bail petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners robbed the thali chain weighing about 12 grams and silver lamp from the complainant's house and also they attempted to commit theft in other two houses in the same village.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that though in the earlier order it is shown that the first petitioner has 10 previous cases and the second petitioner has 4 previous cases, however, on verification, it is seen that the first petitioner has 4 previous cases and the second petitioner has 2 previous cases and there is no change in circumstances. He further submitted that the stolen articles have not recovered.
4. This Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances and hence, is not inclined to entertain this second anticipatory bail petition.
5. Hence, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed. 18-03-2025 AT
