This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure against the Judgment of acquittal dated 30.09.2013 made in S.C.No.92 of 2013 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-Sub Court, Tiruttani, Tiruvallur District.

ORDER
The criminal revision has been filed against the order of acquittal dated 30.09.2013 made in S.C.No.92 of 2013 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Sub Court, Tiruttani, Tiruvallur District.
The defacto complainant has preferred the present revision against the order of acquittal. In view of the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal only lies before the Court of sessions, against the order of acquittal impugned in this revision. Hence the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before appropriate forum.

With the above direction, the criminal revision is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. The period spent in this revision shall be exempted for the purpose of calculation of limitation.
