The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the HMOP.No.1918 of 2024 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner/wife filed an application seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty. The HMOP was filed by the petitioner in the year 2024. A Perusal of additional typed set of papers filed by the petitioner dated 25.02.2026 would show that the counter of the respondent has been filed on 17.02.2026 and the same is adjourned for enquiry on 24.02.2026.

3. Taking into consideration the main Original Petition was of the year 2024 and pleadings are already completed, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court to dispose of the HMOP as early as possible. No costs.
