PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1231 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. For Petitioner :

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1231 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 6(a) of Crl.O.P.No.1231 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
