2. On 16.08.2019, this Court directed the petitioner to pay the demand amount of Rs.6,41,307/- within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only a sum of Rs.49,731/- is due to be paid by the petitioner and the same was confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Hence, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs.49,731/- to the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
