Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefits of pay fixation to the petitioner as Assistant Director of Town Panchayat with effect from 1.8.1997 pursuant to the orders dated 16.3.2012 of the District Collector, Dindigul viz., the 3rd respondent herein and further direct the respondent to promote the petitioner as Joint Director with effect from 1.3.2000 and as Additional Director with effect from 1.9.2000 and to consequently direct the respondents to refix the petitioner's pension and all terminal benefits with effect from 1.11.2002 on the basis of the above retrospective promotion and to grant all arrears.
