ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16445 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26213 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26213 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16445 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26213 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Page No.2 of 4
