ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the case in Crime No.4 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/defacto complainant.
3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2014 was completed and final report also has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate,Kangeyam has taken the same on its file as C.C.No.231 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
