ORDER

This case is taken up through video conferencing. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused have appeared before the trial Court and that the trial in S.T.C. No.49 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, has begun.
