(Made by V.Ramasubramanian,J) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.4.2015 in W.P.No.11561 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader today produced a communication from the Revenue Divisional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Officer, Harur, bearing No.Na.Ka.1268/15/A1 dated 06.7.2015

informing him that independent community certificate has been issued to A.Mouliprasanna, son of the petitioner Annadurai. It appears that this community certificate has been sent by post yesterday.
