Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner and to pass final orders within the stipulated time frame as directed by this Court and to disburse the retiral benefits payable to the petitioner and pass such orders. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023 with regard to include the petitioner's name in promotion penal for the post of Deputy Tahsildar and promote the petitioner in the post of Deputy Tahsildar.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023 on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
