ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 07.01.2017 to the first respondent seeking permission to drill a separate borewell in his land No.131, Sri Venkateshwara Avenue, Kalikanaickenpalayam Village, Dhaliyur Town Panchayat. Seeking appropriate decision on that, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner said to have been made on 07.01.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
