By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. According to the petitioner, the 7th respondent is running unauthorised bunk shops selling all prohibited items viz., cigarettes, gutka, pan masala etc. As such, the 7th respondent is causing hindrance to access their company, by blocking their entrance. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 28.12.2018 to the respondents 1 to 6 seeking for removal of the aforesaid bunk shops and the same was not considered. Hence, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. Mrs. Karthika Ashok, learned Standing Counsel taking notice for the respondents 1 to 6, has no objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2018, on merits and
in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
