O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The stand now sought to be taken by the respondents is that on examination of the matter, they have decided to de-notify the land as slum area. This is stated to be so, as the land in question is a private land.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the de-notification is not in accordance with law. If that be so, that is a fresh cause of action.

3.In view of the aforesaid, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
