Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to direct the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner's son Mr.M.A.Arvind to attend Practical Exam commencing from 19.02.2011 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to permit petitioner's son to appear 10th Exam.

3. This Writ Petition came to be filed when the petitioner's son was studying 10th standard in the third respondent School, in the year 2011.

4. According to the learned counsels for the respondents, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

5. In the light of the above submissions and also taking note of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
