It is the case of the petitioner that the annual church festival is to be held on 23.08.2018, for which, the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.08.2018 seeking permission for devotional light music.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.This Court cannot grant any permission for conducting Adal Padal programs. consider the request favourably, after taking into consideration the general law and order situation and also whether any rival groups are seeking such permission.
