The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to set aside the order of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Ponneri dated 17.02.2015 made in I.A.No.45 of 2014 in O.S.No.137 of 2013.

2. When the matter was listed on 28.11.2018 and 05.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner on both days. Hence, the matter came to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
