ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent herein to settle the difference in Earned Leave Salary arised due to implementation of 7th Pay Commission to the petitioner herein in the light of orders passed by this Honble Court in W.P. No.36418 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 and Government direction in Lr. No.1706/C1/2023/-1 dated 25.05.2023 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.01.2026.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026 within a specified time.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026 and pass appropriate

orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
