This writ petition has been filed, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the its Resolution No.532 dated 31.05.2012 and the consequent order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.7779/2011/A1 dated 06.07.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to refund the Earnest Money deposit of Rs.4,00,000/- made by the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of deposit till the date of repayment.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
