Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in W.P.No.3085 of 2011, also fairly submitted that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner, in case if he participates in any recruitment process hereafter, subject to satisfying the relevant eligibility criteria in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, both the writ petitions are disposed of, permitting the petitioners to participate in the recruitment process undertaken by the respondents hereafter, subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria.
